According to the regulations of the Great Hall of the People, journalists may carry ONLY ONE mobile phone per person to enter the journalists’ areas at the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Assembly Hall to cover the Opening Ceremony of the 19th National Congress of the CPC on the morning of 18 October.
